Our staff has 26 years of professional business communications experience, 7 years of professional internet experience, and 5 years of professional experience in design and development on the World Wide Web.

Pricing

If a package pricing is used, Prince Virtual Communications will give you a firm price for the work. There will not be any surprise add-ons from us.

If package pricing is used, a one-third downpayment is necessary before the work is started, with the balance due when the work is completed to the client's satisfaction. An alternative is to break the work up into sections and pay for each section after it has been completed and before the next is begun.

Clients are billed monthly, and payment of any invoice is due upon receipt. If a client's account becomes two months in arrears, all ongoing work for them will be suspended until their account is paid in full.
